Neolith to present its newest colours at Clerkenwell Design Week

  • The global leader in sintered stone presents a conceptual space that showcases the newest colours of the brand through pure shapes.

  • Neolith’s presence at Clerkenwell Design Week as a sponsor and exhibitor follows impressive activation at Salone del Mobile in Milán.

  • The brand’s patented sintering process provides one of the most sustainable surfaces for internal and external use in the design industry, reaching the lowest crystalline silica content range in the market.

Neolith will participate in Clerkenwell Design Week, the UK’s leading design hub for the Architect and Design industry that will take place in London from the 21st to the 23rd of May 2024, as both an exhibitor and sponsor. Neolith will showcase its newest colours through a striking abstract space that conceptualises any type of application for interior design through minimalism and pure shapes.

Neolith’s UK Senior Sales Manager, Ross Stewart, comments: “Globally, Neolith has a very clear position as the architectural surface of choice, and this is a reputation we very much intend to grow in the UK. In 2024, the UK A&D industry will see a steep increase in engagement from us, including activations at Clerkenwell Design Week and through the specification of our surfaces on a number of large projects as the benefits of working with Neolith become wider spread”.

Bringing innovative surface design solutions to the A&D sector for 15 years

Thanks to its high-performance design and functionality, Neolith is suitable to numerous application types, including kitchen and bathroom countertops, floors, wall cladding, facades, and bespoke furnishings for indoor and outdoor use in hotel, hospitality, commercial and residential settings. This makes it the ideal surface for specification across entire projects.

During Clerkenwell Design Week, Neolith will exhibit its most iconic models, as well as its latest spring launches – Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset – which push the boundaries of Neolith’s manufacturing process to emulate marble and natural rock formations.

Just like all Neolith models, Cappadocia Sunset and Calacatta Roma have unique functionalities alongside high resistance to heat and extreme atmospheric conditions.
They are hygienic, very easy to clean and require minimal maintenance.

Neolith has been creating innovative surfaces known for their beauty, quality, longevity, and elegance for more than a decade. Neolith sintered stone surfaces are a cutting-edge new generation technological product. They are extremely beautiful, with a range of designs and textures in continuous development, which combine the exquisiteness of the exclusive, elegant, and subtle aesthetics with unique functionalities.

One of the most sustainable surfaces in the market

Since 2009, Neolith creates the raw material to build the spaces of the future: the world’s finest architectural sintered stone surfaces.

Neolith is the result of an innovation effort to meet its main objectives, intrinsically linked to sustainability, aimed at promoting new trends in interior design and architecture. Positioned in the leading edge of sustainability with the lowest crystalline silica content range in the market, Neolith surfaces are created with premium natural raw materials and can be recycled at the end of its useful life; some of its models are made up to 98% of recycled materials and do not add crystalline silica to its formulation. Besides, Neolith does not contain resin or any added plastics.

All its manufacturing processes are sustainable, and 100% of the electricity used in the production process comes from renewable sources. The totality of the industrial water used is recycled and more than 96% of the industrial waste is either recycled or reused.

As part of its commitment with sustainability, Neolith goes one step further and has recently presented its new silica-free product line, eliminating completely crystalline silica from its composition.

Stewart comments: “Neolith is superior compared to other surfaces thanks to its technical properties and to its industry leading sustainability credentials: there are not many suppliers that can tick all these boxes. What’s more, this year we will begin the international roll out of one of our main sustainability goals: the introduction of completely crystalline silica-free surfaces which were first revealed at KBIS in February.”

The Neolith space will be located at Elements – Stand E3 at St John’s Square, EC1M 4DS, where both professionals from the Architecture and Design sector and end consumers will be able to admire first-hand one of the most sustainable surfaces in the market.
