Neolith Polished finish by Spanish Sintered Compact Surface manufacturer TheSize has received the prestigious Plus X Award seal of approval for Innovation, High Quality, Design, and Functionality. Earlier this week, the company was also presented with the MATERIALICA Design + Technology Gold Award Certificate in the Surface & Technology category.
Introduced in 2014, Neolith Polished finish, featuring in the Neolith Classtone Collection, stands out for its high degree of gloss, and a perfectly linear reflection that mirrors the way precious marbles and stones look naturally. The finish adds depth, realism and sophistication to any given design.
The finish goes through a kiln to melt and fuse the components, creating a perfectly flat linear reflection that offers a higher degree of shine without the need for sealing the slab. This process creates the exclusive Polished effect that is suitable for an array of applications, including worktops, interior or exterior wall cladding and interior floors with low traffic.
Also two novel finishes (Antique Finish & Nanotech Polished), as well as the new format 3200 x 1600 mm launched into the market and the new thickness of 20 mm (available with a few selective décors initially).
